Dear Jagadeesh, there are no short term course after B.Tech. unless you have joined some company of aviation sector. The freshers can join Air India as Assistant controllers. Honeywell technologies are currently looking for 2011 pass out B.Tech. but only from IITs, NITs & IISc. You can apply for Fly
