Is there any solution so that i can get my degree, as I have one back and 8 years completed,
University gave notice of enrollement cancellation, what to do now

If by a chance your syllabus is not changed, you still have a chance to complete. Else you need to complete the whole years of the back subject. Please check with the Registrar office of the University instead of College. Many times college office unaware of the procedures.
