Is there any special percentage requirements to study abroad from any of the university?

depends on the reputation of institute you are planning to get admission -
Yes they do ask for good Percentage.Actually it's like it depends on different Universities. Each University has it's own criteria.
I would suggest firstly you shortlist which Country and which University you want to go and after that check their website they do mention their requirements in there you will get to know from there. -
