Is there any special preference for sports player who have played up to national levels and won gold and many other extra activities?

As such there is no sports quota in IIM's but they do ask about it in interview. It will depend upon your interviewing panel to consider you for admission. I would ask you to be prepared with current affairs and your work experience as they would ask few questions on that.
