Is there any special quota or reserved number of seats for people applying for Bachelors in other states?

    Yes, many of the top colleges and universities do keep some seats reserved for special quota. You need to find out how many seats are kept reserved for them. Sometimes the selected course also affects the no. of reserved seats.
