Is there any spot round counselling in BIT, Mesra? Can I get a good branch through it? Is there any reservation in spot round?

Yes, from last two years BIT Mesra conducts spot counselling and for sure you will get good branch. Go for it.

Yes, BIT Mesra has been conducting it's spot round from last 2 years as I have been observing and most probably will conduct this time also. And yes, people do get a good branch in spot rounds. There is a reservation of 50% for the home state students in the spot round.

I also want to know, does branch upgradation occur on good performance in exam, what is the probably that I got my branch upgraded to CS or ECE on very good performance in 1st and 2nd semester exam. Please reply.
