Is there any study center in Kolkata for M.Phil where I can continue my class after qualifying the entrance?

Dear Partha,
Lovely professional University doesn't offer M.Phill outside Punjab.
As per the new UGC regulations, University can not have Distance education center outside its home state. Also M.Phill is not offered in distance.
