Is there any time limit to do MS in Germany? Can I plan my MS in 2019 in Canada?
I have passed my engineering in 2017. Currently, I have interviewed a company and will be joining soon.

Where do you want to study? Germany or Canada? Anyways, yes, you can plan for 2019. Wherever you decide to study you should start the application process a year before the intakes. You should check university websites for deadlines and follow the application timeline provided by them. Gaining work experience till you apply will be a strong point on your application.
