Yes, there is a tuition fee waiver available for B.Tech. (Hons.) in Instrumentation Engineering students at IIT Kharagpur.
The tuition fee waiver is applicable to SC/ST/PwD students, students with annual family income less than Rs. 1 lakh, and students with annual family income between Rs. 1 Lacs and Rs. 5 lakhs.
For SC/ST/PwD students and students with annual family income less than Rs. 1 lakh, the tuition fee is waived off completely (i.e., it is Nil).
For students with annual family income between Rs. 1 Lacs and Rs. 5 lakhs, the tuition fee is Rs. 33,333.
