Yes, there is a tuition fee waiver available for B.Tech. in Industrial Design students at NIT Rourkela. The waiver is based on family income and category. For SC/ST/PH/Family income < 1 lakh, the tuition fee is completely exempted. For students with family income between 1 Lacs to 5 Lacs per annum, the tuition fee is one-third of the total tuition fees, i.e., Rs. 20,833.
