    Yes, tuition fee waivers are available for B.Com. students at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, under the Govt. of India Scholarship or Govt. of Maharashtra Freeship scheme for BC students (SC / ST / DT / NT / OBC). Certain Scholarships / Freeships are provided to the students who have the certificate issued by the Maharashtra Government, with specific eligibility conditions based on Annual Family Income (AFI).
