Is there any university accepting applications for Pos tgraduation courses with out the IELTS Score?

In Singapore they do require IELTS for MBA and others masters courses,but entry requirement varies college to college

Reputed and good universities in almost all foreign countries accept IELTS/TOEFL/GRE scores. Beware of other Universities accepting students without scores, hold a personal enquiry before joining.
