Is there any university in Canada offering higher studies in engineering to a student with 20 backlogs?

I had 20 backlogs in my engineering but they all are clear now and I have 3 years of experience.

Hello, No university will advertise this explicitly whether it admits students with backlogs, it will depend on your overall profile, the acceptance rate of the university, the type of applicants you are competing with and so on. 20 backlogs is a very big numbers for Canada, you must have had pass
