Is there any university in Canada offering Masters in engineering with an overall 6 band score with no band less than 5.5?

Hi Tanu Pathak,
Any university can accept this score if you have a very strong academic profile and if the university's admission norms allow them to do so. For Masters degree, no doubt higher IELTS score is required but if you have a strong profile as mentioned they can be flexible with the IELTS
