Is there any university in Delhi, Punjab or Rajasthan in which admission is still open for MJMC (Masters in journalism)?
I have completed B.Sc last year with 57% and have completed mass communication certificate course of 1 year.

You cannot get admission at the end of the year. You need to wait for the new session which most probably will commence around March, June or July.
