Is there any university in India offering a networking course at the post graduate level

Hi. Is there any Indian University offering Networking Courses on the Post Graduation Level via the Distance Education mode or Online Education Mode. Even if there are any foreign univs, pls still suggest, if they have a center in Bangalore so that I can approach them for any queries. Thanks. Hemant
