No, recruitment and talent acquisition is a sub area of human resource and even MBA HR does not teach this. One has to acquire this skill from job. Doctoral research happens in a specific area I.e. the problem area. people do a general degree then do post-graduation in a specialisation like BBA is a general business degree then you do either MHRM or MBA which covers multiple area of business.
