Is there any university in the world that offers Masters or MBA in recruitment or talent acquisition (human resources)?
I would love to learn economics and financial game associated with recruitment.

No, recruitment and talent acquisition is a sub area of human resource and even MBA HR does not teach this. One has to acquire this skill from job. It is just a part of HR role and too small to be offered in an MBA program. There are several certification in talent acquisition available but such certification without a business management degree is not useful.
