Is there any university or college which gives admission to detained (due to more than 4 backlogs) students from VTU University ?

I know about Vinayaka Mission University - Chennai & Selam which let detained students to continue their engineering, But I prefer Bangalore or elsewhere. I was detained from 2nd year while studying CSE Btech from Beary's Institute of technology, Mangalore, under VTU university due to 7 backlogs.
