Is there any use of maths in CAT exam? I want to crack CAT in future. I am in class 11th.

    Yes, Maths is important for CAT. One of the paper in CAT is quantitative abilities which is technically Maths. However the syllabus almost covers upto class 12th only. Hence there are a lot of commerce graduates in IIM. I am sure when they can make it, you can too.

    if you want to crack the cat you need study basic maths right now which can help in the future preparation. you can choose any stream as you wish in plus two schools. after completing plus you need to get indulged w cat books of arun sharma which is the best book for cat and which can help you a lot in getting good marks in the cat exams. best of luck. you should focus on your plus two school studies which also matters most. there is no need to have a mathematics paper in commerce stream student , you just need the basic maths concepts to crack the cat. if you want to pursue your plus two with commerce you can opt for hindi or inform

RGIPT allows admission without CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/CUET-PG score under two circumstances. First, you should be a company-sponsored candidate. Second, if you belong to part time registration category. You will still have to fulfil the remaining eligibility criteria.
