Hi Sudhir,
1)SIU has its scholarship program for which it has its own selection procedure. If you get selected there will be waiver in fees.
2)There is no placement criteria. Every student who is a part of SCMHRD is eligible to sit for placements.
3)Yes Education gap is allowed
