    Yes, candidates can collect the application form from the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Film, TV and Animation Studies campus. The form is available for INR 300. Aspirants can also get prospectus on paying INR 100. Aspirants have to pay the application fee in favour of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, payable at New Delhi.
