Is there any way that I can get the admission in PUMBA? Due to my semester exams I wasn't able to take up the MHA-CET.

You can go for All-India quota through MAT if it is conducted before Admission Application date by dte. As next MAT is on 3rd and 9th of May. By that time dte process doesn't started last year and may be same for this year also. So you can apply for MAT and apply for All-India quota which is 15% in
