is there any way through which i can ask the question to the top level professor of electronic subject(antenna) in the world online

can i do it through facebook but how to search the top level professors and if i get search the professors so is not sure that they will accept my friend request

You can log on to MIT or Stanford university's electronics department website and then e-mail your question to the head of department. If your question is really good, they would answer you.
