Many colleges/universities do offer MBA in Marketing. But if you want to pursue Masters in Digital Marketing, you can consider AAFT, Noida.

Hi Devendra,
MBA/PGDMs from IIMs mostly do not offer specializations in those fields. They give you a general management degree which is useful for any field.
