Is there any way to pursue B.Ed in private without having 50%. .

Dear aspirant, No as per the current norms prescribed by NCTE. You must have minimum 50% in your graduate degree from any recognised Indian University. In case of reserved quota the eligibility criteria is 45% minimum To get admission in B.Ed general category candidate must have 45% in graduation ( B A/B SC/ B.Com or 45% in post graduation ( M A/ M SC/ M.Com and SC/ST candidate must have 45% in graduation or in post graduation. So if you do not have 50 % in graduation then you should do Post graduation with 45%. Then you will have sufficient qualification to get admission in B.Ed. If you want to do B.Ed on the basis of less than 45%, you can do B.Ed from a college, situated in JAMMU AND KASHMIR because JAMMU AND KASHMIR does not falls under jurisdiction of NCTE. So colleges don't follow the rules of NCTE and give admission to a candidate who doesn't have 45% in graduation.

No, If you have less percentage in graduation, Then I will suggest first apply for post graduation in any mode distance / regular and study hard to make sure that you will get atleast 50% aggregate in post graduation. This is the only way you can get admission in B.Ed course.
