If you have completed your graduation in English medium, you can apply to Lakehead University with a medium of instruction letter from your college. Though, it is recommended to take IELTS.

Hi Hv you selected any particular university for your course? There are few universities which have the criteria of CBSE four year English (Grade 9 to 12) at under grad level. But TOEFL/IELTS/PTE are still recommended to hv a better chance of getting an offer.

Universities and colleges in Canada need IELTS or TOEFL or in some cases, PTE. Without the English test, it is not advisable to apply for Canada even if a college is offering this option to you.
