KIIT is the best for pursuing among the asked courses. The NIRF ranking of KIIT is 21, which is much better than Amity Kolkata.

No In IIST there is no seperate JEE exam. For admission IIT JEE entrance examination marks would be considered.

No, you can not take admission in Amity JEE without math subject for B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering.

PCM is mandatory to pursue B.Tech in any branch. One option is that you can write your maths exam again from any private board (because it’s easy to clear) or from your present board.

But one must thing is that you’ll have to study mathematics in B.Tech in 4 semesters i.e. up to 2nd year (in every branch) and in CSE, you’ll study discrete mathematics alongside simple maths. And for that, you have to clear your concepts of XI-XII mathematics. If you are really interested in computer science, then, another option
