We try and take a mix of work experience people and freshers.Therefore work experience matters would be considered while looking through the student profile. -
No. There is no extra weightage as such. There's a fair balance between freshers and people with work experience. Among the work experienced guys, the range for majority of students lies between 1 year and 3 years of work experience. A few students however lie outside this range as well on both extremes.
