is there anyother career options after english(h) rather then doing mass communication ??

English is much more lucrative as a qualification as far as I feel and can be utilized in many ways.

Mass communication helps you jump the career ladder faster. A good PG who startts with Rs.15000 can jump to Rs.1 lakh in three years time in Mumbai and Delhi.
