    Hello!
    I would simply say Engineering can get you high salary, but only if you have skilled knowledge, hands on practice and conceptual learning. Civil engineering itself is a diversified field and you have lots of opportunities to earn in this sector. You can all such skills from a reputed university only, such as Lovely Professional University.     After the Covid-19 lockdown, the governments all over India will relax the norms for construction related activity and also increase the infrastructure outlay for next 10 to 15 years. So yes, those who will start their Civil engineering this year, will pass in 2024, by then most of the economy related problems are expected to be over on the back of government spending in infrastructure.     I have one friend who has done B.Tech Civil Engineering From LPU. He told me B.Tech in civil engineering course involves so much more than theoretical know-how.
