Is there direct admission in BBA colleges or through entrance exam?

Admission in BBA are based on 12th standard result.The college evaluates all applications that they receive for the said program and allot admission to students based on merit list. say for example 200 students have applied for the said course & the college has only 150 seats,so it will give the top 150 students based on their 12th std percentage & for the rest they may offer them other options
