    Hello Prasad,
    Yes, Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Technology allows admission of students in the lateral fashion directly into the second year of engineering. This is of course based on your qualifying and obtaining good marks in the Diploma examination. As you must be aware the admissions are controlled by Directorate of technical education of the Government of Maharashtra and the web address is given in the link that I am attaching in this response. I am sure after going through this link you will get all the required information about admission process in your desired institute for directly second year of engineering.
