Yes, in the top NIT,s and IIT's there are direct campus recruitment after the completion of the study. U can check the graph of the placements of the last years. Otherwise there are certain more colleges/universities which also provide better placement services are;-
IIT, Bombay
IIT, Delhi
IIT, Madr
