Is there entrance exam to pursue B.Sc in operation theatre and anesthesia technology?

Yes, there is, but not in all universities.

There is no entrance exam as such. Most of the institutes out there have a minimum educational qualification requirement of 10+2 passed with a minimum 45 percent marks (may vary from one institute to another) in physics, chemistry and biology subjects.

There isn't such an issue. I'm suffering a lot. Which university should I choose and what are the universities providing it? Also, kindly help me with the admission process.
