Dear aspirant, No, there are no courses relating to game design in Indian institute of technology. -
The undergraduate level IIT does not offer any course on game designing however, if you are interested in taking a course from IIT and you can go for Computer Science and Engineering and during the course of time you can learn other skills which is game designing because the environment at IIT is completely different from other colleges as you can pursue your own courses without joining the course because there will be many students who will be interested in game designing so you can take help from them. There may be a course which may be elective on game designing so you can choose that course.
