Is there is any 100% scholarship for Masters in computer science in Germany by DAAD with living expenses and more for an Indian student?
I am from Mumbai. I completed my graduation i.e. B.Sc in computer science from Mumbai University with grade B (overall it's 70%) and completed other PG courses also. I am working now as a tech. mentor and want to study further but I am from a lower class family and can't afford the living expenses.

Hi Govind,
Please go through the DAAD website and check the list of funding opportunities they have. 100% scholarship is possible but seem to be a little difficult for you basis 70%. Instead of simply relying on a scholarship you should also think of applying for an education loan. More than half of the student population in India takes an education loan to study abroad so why can't you? Keep looking for options and something or the other will work out. Scholarships are always on the basis of merit, ability, skills etc.
