Well I do not think that there can be anything in this world which is impossible, and being ethical and non corrupt is not at all hard.
Its just that most of the companies are part of corruption directly or indirectly and they cannot help it. They have to do this, if they want to survive. But a Cha

For you have a deep knowledge about Income Tax Act 1961
you can being a great Chartered Accountant
