Is there lateral entry at VITEEE? If yes, are the candidates reappearing for compartment in Diploma eligible for admission?

VITEEE is compulsory for engineering aspirants who seek admission in VIT. However, there is no procedure to get direct admission in the second year. All the students selected through VIT Engineering Entrance Exam will be admitted to First Year through Centralized Counselling procedure. Regards.
