Is there LPU college for pharmacy in Delhi-NCR?

I would like to say that LPU would be a good option for opting B Pharma as I have some friends in the same field. The student must pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Maths) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium. (5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants) Now I like to share certain details regarding the same .Following are the salient features if you pursue your course from LPU: 1)Knowledge Enhancement: The curriculum of the program lays strong emphasis on the theoretical and applied aspects of of pharmacy in health care and improvement of human lives through Ayurveda. 2)Workshops: Workshops on Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA), Intellectual Property Rights(IPR), Computer Aided Drug Designing (CADD), validation and instrumentations helps develop research skills in students. 3)Projects :Capstone project help to develop research aptitude in the field of community health and emerging pharmaceutical industry needs 4)Professional Enhancement: In addition to core curricula, course offers subjects like communication, analytical and soft skills to enhance personality and employability. 5) Holistic Development: Participation in technical events, sports and cultural activities help in the holistic development of students INTERNSHIPS :85% of students got internships from Pharmacy companies like Sun Pharma, Oniosome Healthcare, Micro Labs, Ajanta Pharma, Lupin, TTK healthcare, Cryoviva, ABBESS Healthcare OPC Pvt. LPU has a single campus, that is in Phagwara, Punjab. In my Opinion Lovely Professional University will be the best option for you for pursuing B.Pharm. course. There are several reasons behind my guidance like, 1.School of Pharmaceutical science (LPU) is approved by Pharmacy council of India (PCI). 2.School is ranked among Top 30 Pharmacy colleges in India by NIRF 2019. 3.School has students from all states of the country and large number of students from all over the world. 4.Live Projects & Consultancy: Constant collaborations with pharmaceutical industries for solving problems related to medicines and their dosage forms provide first-hand experience to work on practical problems. 5.Innovative Pedagogy. 6.Close Interface with the Corporate World. 7.Large number of Patents & Publications are documented every year. 8.Animal House: The department has animal house which is approved by CPCSEA (Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals). 9.Library: The department has well-equipped library with online subscription for national and international journals. 10.Faculty: Highly experienced doctorate faculty with academic and industry experience add immense value to the professional skills of the students. Hi Viany, LPU is a single campus University (600+ Acres) located in Jalandhar Punjab with all modern facilities inside campus. Huge diversity of Student are there both National &amp; International (FROM 28 STATES &amp; 40+ COUNTRIES) staying inside the campus with capacity of 20000+. At the same time I must say, the myth is no longer applicable that MBBS and BDS is the only viable option in the field of medicine. The different medical fields cooperate and work together to build up the entire healthcare industry in todays scenario. Future career prospects of B.Pharm students have a wide range of options when it comes to choosing a career path after graduation. The possibility of pursuing higher education is also open for B.Pharm students, apart from B.Pharm career pathways.
