For scholarships, you will have to get in touch with the college authorities and Delhi University. They will be able to guide you better in this regard. -
Most of the scholarship in LSR are for backward classes who can't afford the fees of the college. Some percent of the fees is being returns to that students.
But, there are other scholarship based on your performance in exam or in a particular competition you will get a scholarship on that basis.
