Is there no tuition fees in German public colleges?

Hi Pragam,
Yes you are right, public colleges are free and highly competitive. Because they are free does not mean you can secure an admission there but the opposite. Extremely high academic marks are required to get into German universities. You must also know that some programs and courses may incur a fee, not all is free.
