Nowadays, a lot of options are available for candidates who want to pursue MBA while working. You could explore the following:
1. Part-time MBA
2. Executive MBA
3. Correspondence MBA
4. Take a sabbatical from your current employer and enrol for the full-time MBA.
Full-time MBA colleges do permit you towards the 4th semester. However, for the first three semesters, one needs to attend college full-time. -

If you don't want to go for that full time MBA, then you have the option to go for the Distance learning program. And, yes, you can do a full-time MBA while doing your job.
