Yes. There is separate cut off for Kashmiri migrants for SNAP. Cut off is decided as per the categorywise ( general, DA, J&K, etc) not specializationwise. Students can choose their specialization after coming to campus in first 45 days.

The shortlist will be on basis of top 20 30 for gdpi. Since it is top kashmir students so they may get 99 percentile or 50 percentile also. No specific cutoff
