Yes B.Tech CSE Or IT are Software engineering branches.
Eligibility for B.Tech software engineering is:
Pass with 70% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)
OR
Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English) subject
