is there some cautionary fee or some sort ? my friend from session 1 says so. some amount by cheque they needed. Must i carry anything?

No money or cheque is needed until you get selected. Once you get selected, then the fee for the first year i.e. Rs.3,45,000 needs to be paid within one week of being selected. No other cautionary fee or anything else is required.
