Is there spot admission for Uka Tarsadia BBA and how much seats they keep?

Around 45% of total BBA seats are kept for spot admission every year. So even if a student donot gets a seat in first counselling, he/she still has chance to try in spot round. For spot admission, students must carry all papers like Class 12 marksheet, ID proof, passport photo and fee payment slip.
