Dear Sanyukta, It depends on the programme you are choosing at LPU as every programme has its own eligibility criteria. For some programme LPU NEST is mandatory and for some LPU NEST is not mandatory. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields including economics, law, performing arts, management, engineering, fashion design, journalism, and zoology. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now. Scholarships: LPU provides very good scholarships to bright students with good academic records, sports, or extracurricular activities achievement. LPU also helps students in the Education loan facility. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and alongwith that you need appear for LPU NEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission. Dear, Your board marks will fulfill the eligibility in admissions in LPU. But the admissions are on the basis of either on clearing any competitive exam or through LPU NEST. For some programme LPU NEST is mandatory and for some LPU NEST is not mandatory. LPU offers more than 200+ programmes every year in different fields including economics, law, performing arts, management, engineering, fashion design, journalism, and zoology.

LPU conducts LPU-NEST for MBA, Engineering, Law, Design, Agriculture, Applied Medical Sciences, Hotel management and Ph.D. For these courses either you have to qualify LPU-NEST or National Level Test. But in engineering programmes, you get direct admission too if you score 90% or above in boards. LPU-NEST is an entrance and scholarship test. You get admission as well as scholarship when you qualify this exam. The eligibility criteria for each programme is different.
