Is this 3yr full time pg course different from the correspondence course

Dear...
The Company Secretary course is not a full time course reason being you don't have to go any college.
In this course you have to get yourself registered with the ICSI and then you have to give your exams.
To prepare for the exams you can taking coaching from any Institute or else can study
