Is this a good college? A 2-semester student mentioned that infrastructure is not so good and placement are of 3 LPA.

I have visited the campus at Peenya it is so small and the MBA block is not looking good.

You cannot actually judge a college by its infrastructure. Just try to find out about the faculty and placements. As you said 3 LPA package being offered according to me it's the average placement and believe me it's not a bad placement.
But yes if you are not satisfied then you should look for different opportunities.
