Hey Shrey, DTU is one of the best colleges in the country. I can tell you for sure that if you get CS in DTU, then it is by far the best college you can get in, via jee mains. The college has particulary good placement record. So, if you qualify for it,you should get in the college as per my suggestion. The admission can only be obtained by clearing JEE mains exam.
